What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, a hashed password), the content you add to your chatbots, and the conversations visitors have with them, including any email address a visitor chooses to share.

How we use it

To run the service: indexing your content, generating answers, showing you transcripts and analytics, and billing. Visitor questions and relevant excerpts of your content are sent to our AI model provider solely to produce replies.

Your choices

You can edit or delete sources, conversations, chatbots or your whole account at any time from the dashboard. Deletion is permanent.

Using CustGPT

Only add content you have the right to use, and only crawl websites you own or have permission to crawl. You’re responsible for how your chatbot is used on your site.

AI answers

Replies are generated automatically from your content and may occasionally be incomplete or wrong. Review important answers and keep your sources up to date.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Usage limits reset at the start of each calendar month.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break the law.
